Made by a “young gun” winemaker of Burgundy, Arnaud Baillot, who conducted a masterclass in our Wine Bar just prior to CoVid. He takes a more modern approach to Pinot Noir, while having access to some of the best fruit from this famous region. More powerful than Australian Pinot; a brilliant “entry level” Burgundy. Very impressive.
